If you host it your dinner is free
Okay, here's the idea.
The modern restaurant is not in great shape.
They're too expensive.
They're too crowded.
They're too dead.
Your reservation is only good for two hours.
They Turn. They burn.
An ounce (and a half) of gin costs 17 dollars.
The drinks are mostly ice;
the ice costs 2 dollars.
Micro greens. Sysco.
We dO tHiNgS a LiTtLe DifFeReNtLy HeRe...
You have to pay the server.
You have to tip the kitchen.
They ask you to buy the kitchen drinks.
And aaaaaalllll this, so one person
who isn't even there that night
can make a fast buck?

Am I faster? No.
Am I more accommodating? No.
If anything, I'm more expensive.
I'm going to take my time.
And everyone is. not. invited.

We can do a standard three course.
We can do a five. Tasting menu.
Themed dinner? Sure. Breakfast for dinner? Wine dinner?
Everyone's favorite appetizer?
I'll even rip off your favorite restaurant's hits.
Leave the whole thing up to me.

No two menus are ever the same.
No one's rushing you out the door.
There is no staff. There is no annoying other table.
We're never too busy. No money is exchanged on site.
And, if you host, your dinner is free.

We're gonna get to know the people in our community.
We're gonna keep everyone we don't around out.

How do we start, you ask?
We'll pick a date.
We'll figure out the menu.
We'll get a guest list together.
